”In our reality, fear shadows every walk home. 97% of women report harassment in public spaces. One in three experience physical or sexual violence. Safety is never guaranteed, it’s strategized.
But in the sheconomy timeline, safety was never an afterthought. With women in power since 1925, laws against harassment came sooner. Cities were designed for security and dignity. Media changed how women were portrayed, and justice systems began to truly protect them.
